RfRT Thumbnail 2 (Clean Version)

Since it looked as though no one actually picked up on who made an appearance in this chapter, I thought that could possibly be cleaned up by both this thumbnail & actually making the story readable >.>
So yes, say hello to Shortfuse, one of the characters from the comics.

The background image was found via a Google search long ago (But the image has disappeared since then)
